The Martins is one of the biggest established name in Singapore. Azlan Martins is known to be the most respectful man in the country, owning a stretch of shophouses at Arab Street, and having few restaurants and hotels under his company Aurora Group. The Martins Ladies, his wife, Farah Martins, and his two daughters, Sarah Martins and Eva Martins, are well known for their lavish and glamourous lifestyles. In a blink of an eye, everything goes downhill for the Martins ladies, after the sudden loss of Azlan Martins. How would the ladies adapt to their situation from being the RICHES to RAGS ? And will they ever earn back their riches?

Olynn Saleh delivered exactly how I envisioned when I wrote this scene. The frustrations and the passion, they were felt in her tone, her eyes... and just by having the presence of Azlan, that is the awesome Bobby Tonelli in the room, I believed, spurred the emotions that had been bottled up by Farah Martins. I look forward to every Ozark-inspired scenes between Farah and Azlan... because only after we lost someone, that we start to be completely honest with them. As by that time, we have nothing more to lose.
